On January 16, 2025, the Governor and Deputy Governor of Samarkand and Wang Xiaoyou, the founder and president of Samarkand International College, made a special study on the development and construction of Samarkand International College, aiming to combine various opinions and strive to build the school into a comprehensive university with characteristics and innovation, and train more high-quality talents to meet the needs of economic and social development.

** Samarkand International College

Samarkand International College is located in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan. It is an international university jointly established by the Uzbek Youzhijun Education Group, the Ministry of Education of Uzbekistan 

and the Government of Samarkand Region. It is the first international university to be established by a presidential decree since the founding of the country. Focus on the recruitment and training of Uzbek students,
